 Impingement Oven

Wolverine Proctor offers Impingement Ovens with either the Jet-Tube or Parajet nozzle design, custom engineered for your specific application.

 Universal Dual Impingement

Widely used for a broad range of applications including baking, drying, roasting, cooking and browning.

Also used in the Tobacco Industry, this dryer can handle a high volume of reconstituted tobacco sheet cast onto the belt. Individual zoning is provided with temperature control.

Shown is a five zone oven with chain-edge wire mesh belt conveyor.

 Impingement Oven (Parajet Nozzle)

Highly efficient air distribution system includes the "Parajet" nozzle with damper controls in each nozzle duct assuring precise air control on the top and bottom of the product for maximum uniformity. Modular construction allows for easy expansion at a later date.

 Baking Band Oven

Combination convection/conduction baking and cooking is available for products requiring a solid conveyor surface. Featuring uniform hot air Jet-tube heating, a variety of conveyor options broaden the spectrum of baked and griddle-cooked products.

Shown is a baked goods oven equipped with carbon steel baking band.

 USDA Ovens

Setting a new standard for USDA cooking, roasting and baking, Jetzone addresses the unique requirements of meat, poultry and egg processing.

With complete USDA acceptance, oven features include high humidity processing, vapor sealed construction, complete accessibility and total clean-in-place (CIP).

 Extra-Wide Conveyors

Conveyor width is not a limitation. Jetzone ovens are available from 1ft (.3m) to 12ft (3.66m) wide. Conveyor width flexibility accommodates customer's installation requirements and cuts oven floor length and cost.

Shown is a dual impingement oven and integral cooler.

External removable ductwork shown permits shipment of modular factory assembled wide conveyor ovens, minimizing field installation time and cost.
